1. Provider Search.  We will assist employers with an in depth 401k vendor search and analysis of their fees and services.

2. Investment Education.  Ok401k will help employees with selecting their investments. 

3. 401k Investment Review.  Ok401k will establish criteria to review your 401k investments.  We will review how your current investment options are doing as compared to their peers.  Ok401k will take an active role in recommending addition or deletion of investments.  Most life/health insurance agents along with stockbrokers are not permitted to take an active role in your investment monitoring because this important procedure is not within their comfort zone.  Most of the time, they will allow the 401k vendor (mutual fund or insurance company) to do the fund monitoring and review.     

4. Investment Policy Statement.  Did you know that if you are ever audited by the Department of Labor on your 401k plan that one of the first things they will ask at the audit is..."Where is your Investment Policy Statement?"   This important employer document governs how you select and de-select poorly performing 401k investments.  Ok401k will provide an Investment Policy Statement and help you with monitoring of policy and procedures.
